1. When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the 6th day after the trial period ends.

2. Can I cancel my plan while on the trial period?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges. 

3. Can I repurchase a plan and enjoy another free trial?
No, each user is eligible for only one free trial period. Subsequent purchases will be charged according to the regular subscription terms.

4. If I intend to subscribe for 24 months, what factors should I bear in mind regarding the expiration date of my card?
Please ensure that your payment card's expiration date extends beyond the 24-month subscription period to avoid any interruptions in service. This plan is locked-in for 24 months, no cancellation. 

 5. Is there a termination fee if I cancel my 24-month plan? If yes, how much?Here are the following flat-rate termination fees:

Termination fees do not apply to the pricing plan with a one-time payments. 

6. If I want to purchase a 12-month subscription, how will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly for a total of 12 months. Each month, your payment method will be charged for the subscription fee until the 12-month period is complete. 

7. Is there a difference between the features available during the free trial and the paid subscription?
During the free trial, you have access to all the features and benefits of the paid subscription. There are no limitations or restrictions on functionality.
 
8. What happens if I don't cancel my subscription before the end of the trial period?
If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription plan you selected, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.

9. Can I change my subscription plan after the free trial period ends?
No, as the system will charge you based on your selected plan. 
 
10. What payment methods do you accept for subscription payments?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards thru Paypal. 

11. How do I cancel my subscription?

12. I don't want to use PayPal. Can I pay using another method?
Yes! However, only one-time payment plans are available for payments outside of PayPal.

13. I will use XENDIT as my payment method, can I still avail the FREE trial?
