1. When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the 6th day after the trial period ends.
2. Can I cancel my plan while on the trial period?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
3. Can I repurchase a plan and enjoy another free trial?
No, each user is eligible for only one free trial period. Subsequent purchases will be charged according to the regular subscription terms.
4. If I want to purchase a 12-month subscription, how will I be billed?
You’ll be billed monthly for 12 months, and your payment method will be charged each month until the 12-month period ends.
5. Is there a difference between the features available during the free trial and the paid subscription?
During the free trial, you have access to all the features and benefits of the paid subscription. There are no limitations or restrictions on functionality.
6. What happens if I don't cancel my subscription before the end of the trial period?
If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription plan you selected, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
7. Can I change my subscription plan after the free trial period ends?
No, as the system will charge you based on your selected plan.
8. What payment methods do you accept for subscription payments?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ewallets thru Paypal and Xendit. I also accept bank transfers.
9. How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your account > click dropdown arrow > click subscription > Look for "Cancel Subscription."
10. I don't want to use PayPal. Can I pay using another method?
Yes! However, only one-time payment plans are available for payments outside of PayPal.
11. I’d like to use XENDIT. Why do I need to ask you for access to get a free trial?
It's a limitation of the system. Currently, the process requires manual authorization to grant access to the free trial.
