Order Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched, cancelations are not permitted under any circumstances.

Shipping option "No signature from receiver": Choosing the "no signature" option means your package will be delivered directly to your home without needing you to sign for it. It's a convenient option if you prefer not to be present for delivery. However, please note that if there are any issues, such as the package getting lost or delayed, we won’t be able to send a replacement or issue a refund until DHL processes the refund on our end. This will probably take months.

Return and Refund Policy:
- Quality Assurance: All orders undergo a thorough quality check before shipping. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, provided you submit video proof of the damage immediately upon opening the package.
- Conditions of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Any signs of use, tampering, or damage not related to shipping will disqualify the item from being refunded.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, digital downloads, sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Shipping costs incurred for returning items are non-refundable.

Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund, the learning kit must be shipped back to us within [5] days of delivery. Once received, we will inspect each item. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return criteria.
- Partial Refunds: If only some items in the kit qualify for a refund, we will issue a partial refund for those items only.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. Additionally, any costs associated with returning the item to us will not be reimbursed.
