Duties and Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that some countries may require payment of duties and taxes upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Order Cancellation: Once an order has been dispatched, cancelations are not permitted under any circumstances.

Return and Refund Policy:

Quality Assurance: All orders undergo a thorough quality check before shipping. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, provided you submit video proof of the damage immediately upon opening the package.

Conditions of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Any signs of use, tampering, or damage not related to shipping will disqualify the item from being refunded.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, digital downloads, sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Shipping costs incurred for returning items are non-refundable.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, the item must be shipped back to us within [5] days of delivery. Once received, we will inspect each item. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return criteria.

Partial Refunds: If only some items qualify for a refund, we will issue a partial refund for those items only.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. Additionally, any costs associated with returning the item to us will not be reimbursed.
