What box will I receive with the 3-month subscription?

You'll begin with the Month 1 Learning Kit to establish the foundation of your Cebuano language journey, followed by the Month 2 and Month 3 boxes in sequence.

You just released the Box 2 kit. If I purchase a 12-month box subscription, what box should I get first?

All new subscriptions will start with Box 1 to lay the foundation of your Cebuano language journey, followed by Boxes for Months 2 through 12 in sequence. Each box will be shipped monthly, within 5 days after payment confirmation.

What are the estimated shipping fees?
- Shipping fees typically range from P2,900 to P3,400, depending on your location (state or country).

Will I be charged shipping fees for every box?
- Yes, for international shipping. Free shipping for PH orders.

When will I be billed?
- You’ll be billed around the same time each month.

Can I cancel my 3- or 6-month subscription?
- No, only the 12-month subscription can be canceled at any time.

I’ve finished my 3-month subscription and want to continue with the 4th box. Which plan should I choose?
- Under "Ordering Previous Boxes" below the add-to-cart button, you’ll find a link to the 3-month (Box 4-6) plan. Click the link to be directed to the page where you can purchase the new plan.

What's the difference between a one-time box and a 12-month subscription?

a "One-time purchase" means you'll only be billed once every purchase. You'll receive the box of the month. You can purchase any available boxes at any time.

On the other hand, the 12-month subscription works like a monthly Patron subscription where you're billed each month for the box cost plus shipping. If you have a PH address the shipping is free. The 12-month subscription can be canceled anytime, and we’ll send a box each month within 5 days of payment confirmation.

How can I buy boxes from previous months?
Under "Order Previous Boxes" below the add-to-cart button, click on the "Previous Boxes" link. This will take you to a page where you can purchase individual boxes from past months.

Will I get a discount if I subscribe to the 6 or 12-month plan?

Yes! The longer the subscription, the more you save. The 12-month plan offers the most savings, giving you access to 12 boxes at a significantly reduced rate.

What happens when my subscription period ends?
- Once your subscription ends, you’ll have the option to renew to a different plan to continue with your subscription. We’ll send you a reminder before your plan expires to ensure you don’t miss any future boxes.

I paused my subscription after the 6th box two months ago. How can I get the remaining boxes?
- To resume, simply restart your subscription by choosing 6 month (Box 7-12) subscription plan, and you’ll receive the succeeding boxes starting from where you left off.

Can I purchase individual boxes whenever I want?
- Yes, you can! Just go to "Order Previous Boxes" below the add-to-cart button and click on "Previous Boxes." However, please note that purchasing individual boxes is more expensive than subscribing to a plan.

Can I have the boxes sent to my relative in the Philippines?

- Yes, absolutely!

Are there any duties or taxes I need to pay?

Quality Assurance: All orders undergo a thorough quality check before shipping. We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, provided you submit video proof of the damage immediately upon opening the package.

Conditions of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Any signs of use, tampering, or damage not related to shipping will disqualify the item from being refunded.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, digital downloads, sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping costs incurred for returning items are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, the learning kit must be shipped back to us within [5] days of delivery. Once received, we will inspect each item. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return criteria.

Partial Refunds: If only some items in the kit qualify for a refund, we will issue a partial refund for those items only.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. Additionally, any costs associated with returning the item to us will not be reimbursed.
